Q: If we are camping is the pool included?
- A: There is a separate admission for the pool.
Q: Are there showers available?
- A: Yes, please ask in the lobby.
Q: Do you have restrooms in the campground?
- A: Yes, we have 10 individual bathrooms with sinks.
Q: Do you have pavilions available?
- A: Yes, we currently have 4 and they can be rented all day or for ½ day. They hold about 8 to 10 picnic tables and there is electricity available. Reservations are required.
Q: What is required to rent a pavilion?
- A: It is always best to plan ahead by reserving a pavilion. The pavilion fee must be paid at the time of the reservation.
Q: Do you have pull through parking for RV’s?
- A: Yes, reservations must be made.
Q: Is there shade?
- A: Generally, yes with each RV Site or area.
Q: Do you have picnic tables?
- A: Yes, there is one table for every 5-6 sites, if you want to guarantee you have one bring a personal one!
Q: Do you have firewood for sale?
- A: Yes, ask in the lobby.
Q: What is your pet policy?
- A: We are pet friendly and welcome our visitors who enjoy traveling with the family pet. In order to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable camping experience it is important that you read the resort pet policy. All pets are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. A leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camp trailer, vehicle, or motorhome. For your pet’s safety, they should not be left tied up and unattended. Please clean up after your pet!
Q: If we have several campers coming to I.S. would we be able to camp in the same area?
- A: Yes, with advanced reservations, our goal is to provide your group a group of sites, so you are next to one another!
Q: Do you have 50 amp services?
- A: Yes, we do have 50 amp sites, as well as some 30 amp sites!
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
- A: Please give us a minimum of 5 days to cancel spots, or else a full payment will be required. Unfortunately, there are no refunds due to weather. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Q: Do you have ice?
- A: Yes, we sell 10 pound bags in the lobby.
Q: What time is campground check in?
- A: Between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.
Q: What time is campground check out?
- A: 11 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.
Q: Can we use our ATV’s at the campground?
- A: Yes, ATV’s are allowed as transport to and from your campsite and/or pavilion only. No “joy riding” within camp boundaries. There are roads just south of the park and trails in Rockland as well as OHV areas in Pocatello.
Q: Do you have games to rent?
- A: Yes, corn hole and horseshoes are available. Ask in the lobby. $10 per day – $5 returned when equipment is returned.
Q: What are the “quiet times?”
- A: 10 p.m. is generally the start of “quiet time” where we ask no loud games, children running around, generators, or loud music. We simply ask that you respect your neighbors. 6 a.m. is the end of quiet time.
Q: Do you have Fire Pits?
- A: Yes, there are a few fire pits around the park, not every site has one. If you want a guaranteed fire pit, please bring your own standing pit. Please DO NOT relocate or move the fire pits, there is a $50 fine for moving fire pits.
Q: Will the staff be working early in the mornings during the week?
- A: Yes, our groundskeepers get an early start on the day as to beat the heat. There is a chance if you’re staying with us during weekdays, they will be mowing starting around 7 a.m. Please be respectful to our staff and if any issues should arise come talk to us in the lobby. They may also be driving/walking near sites, this is not to disturb your privacy by any means.
