Pool FAQ

  • Q: If we are camping is the pool included? A:  There is a separate admission for the pool.
  • Q: Are there showers available? A:  Yes, please ask in the lobby.
  • Q: Do you have restrooms in the campground? A:  Yes, we have 10 individual bathrooms with sinks.
  • Q: Do you have pavilions available? A:  Yes, we currently have 4 and they can be rented all day or for ½ day. They hold about 8 to 10 picnic tables and there is electricity available. Reservations are required.
  • Q: What is required to rent a pavilion? A:  It is always best to plan ahead by reserving a pavilion. The pavilion fee and 25.00 cleaning deposit must be paid at the time of the reservation.
  • Q: Do you have pull through parking for RV’s? A:  Yes, with plenty of grass areas.
  • Q: Is there shade? A:  Yes, generally with each RV Site or area.
  • Q: Do you have picnic table and fire pits? A:  Yes, plenty of tables, over 110 of them! Fire pits are close to all RV Sites.
  • Q: Do you have fire wood for sale? A:  Yes, ask in the lobby.
  • Q: What is your pet policy? A:  We are pet friendly and welcome our visitors who enjoy traveling with the family dog or cat. In order to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable camping experience it is important that you read the resort pet policy:All pets are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. A 6’ (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owners camp trailer, vehicle, or motorhome. For your pet’s safety no dog should be left tied up and unattended. Please clean up after your pet!
  • Q: If we have several campers coming to I.S. would we be able to camp in the same area? A:  Yes with advanced reservations, our goal is to provide your group an exclusive group of sites so you are next to one another!
  • Q: Do you have 50 amp services? A:  Yes, we do have approx 30 which are 50 amps with others being 30 amps.
  • Q: Do you require a deposit for camping? A:  Yes, 50% payment should be received within 7 days of the reservation to reserve your camp spot. A credit card is required for reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Q: What is your cancellation policy? A:  Unfortunately there are no refunds due to weather. All deposits are nonrefundable.
  • Q: Do you have ice? A:  Yes, we sell 10 pd bags in the lobby.
  • Q: What time is campground check in? A:  3 pm unless other arrangements are made.
  • Q: What time is campground check out? A:  11 am unless other arrangements are made.
  • Q: Can we use our atvs at the campground? A:  Atv’s are not allowed on Indian Springs property.
